A return/replacement is only possible if the following conditions are met.

1. Any mismatch between what is displayed while ordering and what is received.
2. When the product is damaged when it is received

• As many products are customized, we need a certain time period for making.
• It usually takes around 5-7 working days for making the products and then approximately 3-5 working days to deliver depending on your location (up to 8 to 10 days in total).
