A return/replacement is only possible if the following conditions are met.

1. Any mismatch between what is displayed while ordering and what is received.
2. When the product is damaged when it is received

• It usually takes 15 - 20 approximately days for making and 3 - 5 working days to deliver depending on your location ( upto 20 - 30 days approx)
