Return and Refund Policy

A return/replacement is only possible if the following conditions are met.

  1. Any mismatch between what is displayed while ordering and what is received.
  2. When the product is damaged when it is received
  3. Wrong Product delivered

For the above three conditions, we need a clear unboxing video of the parcel. From start to end we need the parcel opening video. You can send the video to Whatsapp +918667256653.

Our team will verify the video. After verification we will initiate a return/replacement based on your choice.

Shipping Policy

  • As many products are customized, we need a certain time period for making.
  • Once order is placed we will send the date to bank. Bank will arrange and send the note to us. Some notes will be arranged within one week, some within 10 days and some may take 15 days approx also or more than that. Delivery time may depends on the note arrangement.
