- Once your order is placed, we will send a preview( if any design work means ) to your WhatsApp number. Only after the design approval from you we will proceed and courier it. If there is no design work, the product will be completed and the final pic will be shared

A return/replacement is only possible if the following conditions are met.
- Any mismatch between what is displayed while ordering and what is received.
- When the product is damaged when it is received
- Wrong Product delivered

- It usually takes around 15 - 20 working days approx for making the product and then 3-5 working days approx to deliver the product depending on your location ( 20 to 30 days approx)
