A return/replacement is only possible if the following conditions are met.

1. Any mismatch between what is displayed while ordering and what is received.
2. When the product is damaged when it is received

• As many products are customized, we need a certain time period for making.
• It usually takes around 15 - 20 working days approx for making the product and then 3-5 working days approx to deliver the product depending on your location ( 20 to 30 days approx)
